You may return shopventidueonline.com purchases by mailing it to our fulfillment center at the following address:

Please include your packing slip.

On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the packing slip.

For returns, the original credit card will be credited.

Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to indicate both your RA number that you obtained from our Returns Department AND your order number on the outside of the package. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. ShopDivine.com is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Return status
Returns mailed to SHOPVENTIDUEONLINE.COM may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
SHOPVENTIDUEONLINE.COM will not pay for items shipped back to us under any circumstances. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
